Storyboard Text

  • Ethos
  • Help us Caesar!
  • Anything for the people of Rome!
  • Pathos
  • Logos
  • Take the crown Caesar!
  • No!
  • "When that the poor have cried, Caesar hath wept:" (3,2,64)  This was Antony testing Caesar's credibility because the people can see that he was working for the good of Rome.
  • "My heart is in the coffin there with Caesar, And I must pause till it come back to me." (3,2,65) Antony is making the people feel the sadness he is feeling and mourn for him that he is gone.
  • "I thrice presented him a kingly crown, Which he did thrice refuse: was this ambition?'"(3,2,65) This is logos because no one can argue that Caesar did refuse the crown when offered it which would show the people he wasn't ambitious.
