The Tell-Tale Heart Edgar Allan Poe By:Andrea Brees
This story starts out with a plan, my plan. I was at the old mans house. I was after his eye. The nicest I had ever been to the old man was his last week before I killed him.
I was always carefull It took me an hour to put my whole head in the door Just enough so i could see his sleeping. Then I opened the lantern so mall with just a crack to place upon his eye.I did this for sevan long nights.
I did it. I killed him, then put him under the floor. But then I heard a knock.
I was confident I hid the body well. I could hear the old man heart beating I was nervous.
