Paige sat on her bed and looked at her room. All of her belongings were boxed. "Paige," Paige's mother said. "The moving truck is coming tomorrow. Will you be ready to go?"
Paige replied, "Yes." Paige's mother looked at her room and gave her a smile. "Looks great." Paige started to sniffle.
Paige's mother rushed to Paige's side. "Paige, what's wrong?" she asked. Paige started to cry. "I don't want to move. I don't want to leave my room and make new friends." Paige's mother embraced her. "Don't worry. You will make new friends and your new room will be even better."
Paige looked at her mother with teary eyes. "Do you promise it will be okay?" Paige's mother hugged and reassured her. "I promise," she said.
Paige was feeling better already. Not long after, Paige's father yelled, "Time for dinner!" Paige and her mother hurried into the kitchen.
The next morning, Paige was excited to play with her toys. "Oh wait," Paige thought, "mother and father are making me move today. My toys are all put away."
