  • Since i have been diagnosed with strep throat, I would like to learn more about it before choosing a treatment.
  • Yes! First of all it is Asexual which means that an offspring that arises from a single organism.
  • What is the life cycle of bacteria?
  • It is in 4 stages. Lag, log, stationary, and death phase.
  • So this basically means that the whole process is very fast and increase quickly. Bacteria reproduces by dividing their one cell, into two.
  • What are some of the good and bad types of bacteria?
  • Without the billions of good bacterial cells in our body, we wouldn't be alive today. The good bacteria that we have in our body is bifidobacteria which helps us digest food
  • What can the bad bacteria do to us?
  • Some of the bad bacteria in our body can result in diseases such as diabetes or cancer. An example of bad bacteria is Escherichia coli.
  • So how do you think i could treat this knowing that my symptoms are throat pain, Painful swallowing, and swollen tonsils?
  • I recommend penicillin! It is the most effective.
