King George taxed many things including sugar, tea, etc. because Great Britain was in debt from all of their wars and was in need of money.
They are traitors if they do not agree with these Acts!!!

The Colonists hid under blankets on a ship full of tea and threw the tea off the ship in protest of the Tea Act. This is known as the Boston Tea Party
On March 5, 1770, some colonists decided to throw snowballs at British troops. The troops fired back with bullets, killing 5 and injuring 8. This is known as the Boston Massacre.
The Quartering Act meant that Colonists had to give shelter and care to British troops or pay for them to stay somewhere else

During the time of the Sugar Act, people would smuggle and bootleg sugar to boycott the Act
