  • Why art thou angry, Hectate?
  • Have I not a reason? How dare thou tell Macbeth riddles? All you have done is help a wayward son. Remember, I am the one who decides what evil should happen.
  • You bring your witches, I'll bring evil spirits, drawing him to his confusion. He will be fooled into success.
  • come away come away
  • Hark! I am being called. My spirit is waiting for me.
  • Come on, we must go. She will come back soon.
  • The Witches are confronting Hectate. Hectate looks very angry.
  • Hectate explains the reason she is angry. She is angry because the Witches told Macbeth riddles and prophecies without telling Hectate. Hectate decides that she will bring evil sprits to steer him off of his success.
  • A spirit calls Hectate to leave. Witch #1 says that they need to leave soon because Hectate is going to be back.
