Storyboard Text

  • Tom Walker always took the same road to go to his home unitil one day he decided to take a shortcut where he met a black man who claimed to be the devil. He offered Tom the treasure of Kidd the pirate but he rejected it
  • Tom got home but he couldn't stop thinking about the treasure because he was to greedy. The secret was to much for him to keep it to himself, so he decided to tell his wife who was as greedy as he was. She told him that if he didn't take the deal, she would. That night she left to look for the devil
  • That night Tom's wife never came back, one day later, after looking everywhere Tom found only her liver and heart on the floor. But in some way, Tom felt grateful toward the black man also called the devil.
  • After finding out that his wife was probably dead, he went looking for the devil, who offered him a deal.  The deal consisted of Tom opening a broker's shop in Boston next month with the money of the treasure of Kidd the Pirate and lend money at two percent. But as greedy as Tom was he wanted to open it tomorrow and lend the money at 4 percent. So they shook hands and made the bargain.
  • As Tom grew old he started going to church because he was afraid of the day the devil came for his life that was the reason he always carried a bible with him inside his pocket but he kept doing his scam to steal from people.
  • One day one of Tom's customers ask him for some money because Tom was a wealthy man but he refused to give the poor man the money. The man accused Tom of being a scammer, Tom said that if that was true may the devil take him and so he did.
