When Mercutio is dying he curses both the Montegues and Capulets. This shows foreshadow because it makes you think that things will not end well.
This is an example of a Soliloquy because because Juliet was saying her thoughts out loud.
The audience knows that Juliet is already married to Romeo, but her parents don't know this. Therefore this is an example of dramatic irony.
