  • THIS IS EVA, SHE IS PERSONAL TRAINING INSTRUCTOR. SHE WILL TEACH YOU 5 PRINCIPLES TO LOOSE WEIGHT, EAT HEALTHY AND STAY FIT
  • STEP 1. EATING CLEAN
  • EAT 4 MEALS A DAY: BREAKFAST, SNACK, LUNCH , DINNER. COOK USING LOTS OF GREEN VEGETABLES, WHITE FISH, CHICKEN AND TURKEY MEATS
  • BETWEEN THE MEALS EAT ORANGE AND HANDFUL OF ALMONDS IF YOU FEEL HUNGRY.
  • STEP 2. SAY NO TO SUGAR
  • STAY AWAY FROM PROCESSED FOOD AND WHEN BYING YOUR GROCERIES REMEMBER TO LOOK OUT FOR THE LOW SUGAR CONTENT PER 100G
  • DON'T BE AFRAID OF FATS AS THEY ARE MORE HEALTHY AND ITS EASIER TO BURN WHILST EXCERSISE
  • STEP 3. SET ACHIEVABLE GOALS , CHOOSE SMALL WEIGHTS AND INCREASE AS PART OF THE CHALLENGE OR SET EASY LEVEL FOR RUN/SWIM/ROWER AND MAKE IT MORE DIFFICULT WITH TIME
  • INTRODUCE EXERCISE TO YOUR DAILY ROUTINE AND SET THE GOALS TO ACHIEVE. DO WHAT YOU ENJOY THE MOST: SWIM, RUN, CYCLE, WALK 3-4 DAYS A WEEK
  • STEP 4. MAKE EXERCISE SOCIAL ACTIVITY. YOU CAN GET KNOW NEW PEOPLE AND ENJOY BEING ACTIVE AT THE SAME TIME
  • BEING ACTIVE IN THE GROUP CAN KEEP YOU MOTIVATED
  • YUMMM...
  • STEP 5. PRAISE YOURSELF FOR GOOD EFFORTS AND PROGRESS. YOU CAN ALLOW ONE CHEAT MEAL A WEEK BUT REMEMBER KEEP PORTION SIZE SMALL
