Cardio training is for the heart in things like running that can pump the heart to get stronger a normal workout for the heart in my opinion is about 60 minutes.Resistance training is important for the body and the muscles for heavy weight a little amount of times.Flexibility/stretching before workouts is good for the muscles to get a stretch in so you don,t hurt yourself mid workout.
