  • France's motives were money problems, social inequalities, and bad leadership.
  • France: Motive
  • The people made the Tennis Court Oath, stormed the Bastille, and created the Declaration of the Right of Man.
  • France: Method
  • France: Change
  • Ultimately, France ended up with Napoleon as a dictator.
  • The unfair treatment of slaves is their motive. They started to revolt after hearing about what was happening in France from the news coming off of the ships.
  • Haiti: Motive
  • They began with treaties to the slave owners, but they didn't accept them. They then started a bloody revolution.
  • Haiti: Method
  • The slaves burned the cities down to rid the county of the French. Everyone now was equal here.
  • Haiti: Change
