This tells the story of a series of murders that occurred on Bellaire street. Nobody knows who did it, and nobody knows when they will strike again. Only through physics will the true culprit be revealed. Even with the truth uncovered, does that also mean that justice will be served?
One hot summer evening siblings Alex and Brenda, alongside friends Victoria and Thania, are enjoying a meal inside the air conditioned Popeye's restaurant. They are hanging out and having casual conversations, when Alex and Brenda's parents call them and tell them to get home immediately.
Brenda and Alex are walking home, playing around and taking their time, when they notice that they are being follow. The siblings can't really make out the person that is driving the car. Alex takes Brenda's hand and they start to walk faster, until their fast paced walk turns into a run. Suddenly the car speeds up and collides with Brenda and Alex, leaving the bleeding on the ground.
The two siblings are rushed to the hospital. After couple hours of surgeries, Doctor Ching sadly informs Victoria and Thania that their friends passed away. Since this case is being ruled as a murder, Officer Bush and Detective Cruz are gonna be investigating it. This is where they use physics to find out who the killer is.
Officer Bush and Detective Cruz are restlessly trying to find out who killed the siblings. They spend many nights trying to determine how fast the car was going, what type of collision it was, at what angle the car hit, and the amount of force it hit the teens with. They are closer than ever to finding out who did it.
Officer Bush and Detective Cruz are able to find the culprit, but they still have a few tricks up their sleeve. They go after everybody that was connected to the siblings, and their motive is revealed. There is no solution to this unfortunate tragedy in Bellaire street.
