My life style has dramatically changed since I was declared obese and at risk for heart disease ...and all it took was a few easy tweaks to my routine
Now I like to start things off on the right foot by waking up early and whipping myself up a bowl of oatmeal with a side of fruit.
I give myself plenty of time before work to catch some fresh air with my pooch
When at work I like to get up and stretch every hour or so. I also pack my lunch so I am not tempted to indulge in greasy high calorie meals on a whim
After work you can catch me at the local gym. Admittedly, it is my favorite part of the day. The staff members are super helpful and have helped me establish a weekly regime.
I always wrap up the day with a fresh garden salad diner, rather than impulsively dialing take out. These small changes have greatly reduced my risk of heart disease and it could not have been an easier process
