  • He says in the poem "Two roads diverged in a yellow, And sorry could not travel both" which depicts how his tone is apologetic and serious.

  • He states "I shall be telling this with a sigh somewhere ages and ages hence:" This conveys to the message because it shows how the reader is upset and is serious.
  • T- Theme 
  • What if I took the other path?
  • In the poem it states "Because it was grassy and wanted wear;" This quote helps the reader paint a mental picture in their heads of what the scene could look like.
  • As stated in the poem "Two roads in a yellow wood," and "And be one traveler, long i stood and looked down one as far as i could." These quotes show how the author used rhyme and rhythm. 
  • In the poem it states "I took the one less traveled by, and that made all the difference." He wonders what his life could have been if he made different choices.
