After winning the Revolution, the founding fathers with John, decided to create the Articles of Confederation which was the nation's first constitution. This was an agreement within the 13 states.
On one fine day, there was a mass uprising and attack on Massachusetts' courthouses and government properties in which John had witnessed. This rebellion caused leaders to realize a strong central government is needed.
Finally, the founding fathers, secretly, came together and decided to re-look at the Articles of Confederation but ended up creating the new constitution which is still used today.
