  • Pathos
  • Logos
  • Ethos is the credibility of the speaker or writer. In this scene, the doctor has ethos because the audience trusts her and her experience.
  • Pathos accesses the emotions of an audience. If an audience were to see this scene, they would feel bad because the polar bear is in danger.
  • Logos uses logic, reasoning, evidence, and facts to support an argument. A scientist would be able to support an statement by using the results of their experiments.
