  • Then we're going on strike!
  • We want better pay!  We can't support our families.
  •
  • No! $0.03 an hour that's it.
  •
  • Fight for better pay
  •
  • We can't provide for our families
  •
  • Fight for better conditions
  •
  • Why are you here?
  •
  • We just got hired to work here.
  • Factory workers didn't get paid well (an average of 0.03 per hour) and they had to work in very harsh conditions.
  • Those are our jobs!
  • Yeah...
  • You can't go in there.
  • well I don't care I'm going
  • ahhh!
  • Factory workers would offer form strikes with a group of people.
  • I'm home.  How was your day?
  • I'm bored
  • We need food all we have is a fig
  • Factory owners would hire new workers to replace the ones on strike to keep the business running.
  • Can we have our jobs back? Please.
  • Sure.
  • The workers didn't like that their boss hired someone to fill their place.  Which often ended in fights.
  • But in the long run of going on strike it affected the workers family and they were unable to afford food because no income was being brought in.
  • Factory workers often didn't go though with finishing the strikes because they needed an income to provide for their families so they often went back to get their jobs.
