During the Paleolithic Age people had to hunt for animals and they had to wander to find them. They also had to wander because if they stayed in one place all the animals and plants they ate would go scarce. It was also very dangerous because these new plants and animals could possibly not be safe. This made it difficult to have a stable food supply.
I wish we didn't have to wander looking for animals. This is so difficult!
During the Neolithic Times farmers learned how to domesticate animals. Then, they could raise animals for peoples necessities. They also started farming crops which also made a huge difference. All of this, is a business called agriculture.
Before we had to look for animals now they are all here. This helps are food supply lots!
The change between the Paleolithic Age and Neolithic Age is important because, agriculture and the domestication of animals was introduced. Agriculture allowed people to sustain a food supply. People also had the ability to stay in one place and maintain the food there because of domesticated animals and growing crops.
Remember how hard it was to keep a steady food supply.
