Storyboard Text

  • " Come child, eat. And call me Usher."
  • " May I eat sir?"
  • " You know I once had a sister. I loved her very dearly, but she got too ill to continue breathing. After she died, the house fell... not literally though. Balekin always said that after lady Madeline fell, the house fell with her. He said that the house will only rise if a lively soul entered ."
  • The room was spacious yet dirty. Balekin reassured me that it was old stains, and everything was cleaned well. He meant good, but I still felt bile rise up my throat.
  • I tried to stop the rumbling noises from my stomach, but it deceived me. I slowly prowled my way down the grand staircase, and followed the scent of spiced food.
  • We sat in eerie silence eating. My mind was racing with questions, so I dared to ask about his sister.
  • Run little boy! Run before its too late! Run as far as your little feet could take you. Look at how pale you became, you'll end up like me if you don't go. You don't want to walk through these walls. RUN! RUN I SAY!
  • Days passed with the same repeating routine. Wake up, eat, read with Usher, sleep. I felt a deep remorse for Usher, he didn't deserve what he went through. However, on this specific day, I decided to rebel against Ushers rules and explore the mansion myself.
  • I somehow ended up in the dungeon, and this room by far is the most scariest place ever. The room smelt metallic and another smell I could not distinguish. Bile rose up, burning my throat as I suppressed a shudder. The cold stone walls were wet with thick crimson sebstances.
  • The lights suddenly blew out and an eerie silence hovered in the air. An illuminant glow lit up the walls. The ghost! The girl! I knew my eyes did not deceive me.
