- 3-Sir I've noticed that my colleagues, especially men of our company are paid more than women, despite investing the same energy and work.
- 2-Off course, how can I help?
- 4-So? what are you trying to tell?
- 5-Trying to tell you that I demand equal payment of salary, not less than male employees in this office, we are giving equal dedication and time, but yet being less paid. I believe this is unfair
- 7-and why is that sir?
- 8-because this has been going on for decades, and you're getting additional benefits like health insurance and so!
- 6-please try and understand that I cannot pay you more.
- 9-But sir, even the males are being provided with health benefits. Moreover they are getting higher pay. I don't think what is going on is fair! I believe we must be paid equally and no differences made on gender
- 11- That will be great sir, thank you very much
- 10-Alright I'll try to increase your salary and of all female working in this company
