  • 4. We can make a pact that outlaws wars with each other.
  • 3. We need to think of a way to avoid another war happening.
  • 2. Yes I am America.
  • 1. Look at this pact that America and France are proposing. 
  • 4. Yes I hope our country signs it.
  • 2. Yes, it is amazing.
  • 3. Won't it be nice to be a part of this?
  • 1. Look at all these countries.
  • 2. They want to sign the pact. Should we let them?
  • 3. Of course.
  • After World War 2, America wanted to avoid another World War. So with the help of France the Kellogg-Briand Pact was created.
  • During World War 2
  • Well that didn't do anything.
  • The pact was well received internationally. Many nations had no problem with signing it.
