Imagine 4 years of high school and not having friends, that was the life of David
David wasn't like everyone, David had high functioning Autism. He didn't socialize well. He was the smartest kid in high school along side pretty popular Kit.
One day everything changed for David when Kit sat by him at lunch. David didn't know anything about Kit only that her dad died earlier in the semester and she was really smart.
The days continue and they didn't talk. Till David found courage to talk to Kit. Kit didn't want to talk, but she asked David to tell her random facts. So that's what David did, he didn't ask questions just talked.
Kit had started to like listening to David, she soon began to talk with David. David considered Kit to be his first official friend.
David had told his sister and mother about Kit, they were so happy for David. David soon began to change, he like to think it was because of being friends with Kit.
