Storyboard Text

  • That boy looks sad maybe I should go talk to him.
  • No I'm a little upset, I just had a rough day at school that's all.
  • Hey are you okay, you look pretty upset.
  • I guess I can sit down for a little while, and talk.
  • Would you like to sit down, and talk about it. I know I am a total stranger, but maybe I could help.
  • In this first part, you can tell I am using first person because, I have the word "I". Plus it shows that the character saw the boy who is sitting on the side of the road, and she can tell that the boy is very sad.
  • Well I was on my way to school, when the boy we call at school "the bully", came up to me, and threw me into a trash can.
  • So why are you so upset what seemed to happen today?
  • In the second part, The woman is asking the boy if he is ok, and it proves to show that this is first person, because the boy actually says "No, I'm just upset."
  • No, I didn't I thought that maybe if I let it go it would be better at the end of the day.
  • That's awful did you ever tell a teacher.
  • In this part, the boy finally opens up to the woman about sitting down, and talking about it. The woman seems to not care, and this proves to also show that this is first person by the "I" on both the woman's words, and the boys.
  • Ok, thank you, now that I know what to do I will go tell my teacher what 'the Bully" did. Again it was nice to meet you I hope I see you again soon.
  • I think that you should tell a teacher, okay.
  • In this part of the story, the woman listens to every word the boy has to say. During it all the boy tells her what to happen, and he gladly explains everything in first person.
  • In this part, the woman asks about if he ever told a teacher, when he repays with no, she then later on tells him he should, so that it will stop. The boy thought it would end on it's own, but it never did.
  • In this part of the story, the woman tells the boy what he should do to make it stop. The boy finally agrees, and tells her that he will tell a teacher from now on if it ever happens again. Also that he will tell the teacher about what happened.
