Alright then, I dare you to light one up as well.
Ok, so the pros of this situation is if I smoke a cigarette, the girls will think I'm cool and I will gain respect from my peers at school. The Cons are that if I smoke I will get addicted, my parents will find out and I could potentially develop diseases overtime.
Um, Katie I don't really think I should... it's not good for my health.
WHAT! Why not, come on Zara lighten up, seriously it's not going to harm you if you have one.
Lauren is right you know, you'd be like totally cool. DO IT! DO IT!
Zara just do it, it's not that bad and if you smoke one everyone at school will like you!
The pressures being displayed by my "friends" right now are Direct and Insistent. Direct pressure because I am required to decide one way or another whether I should smoke because Katie asked me too, and Insistent pressure because the girls wouldn't take NO for an answer. This now means I have to think about assertion strategies.
