"I can't believe you want me to go all the way to Scotland for college mom and dad!"
"We thought you would be more thankful of your birthday gift Skylar..."
This is a flashback to 10 years ago when Skylar had first gone to Allisia. When she arrived, she could see her sister ahead of her. Although, she was standing with an unfamiliar figure. When Skylar began to hurtle towards them, they suddenly disappeared out of no where.
"Welcome to Allisia!"
Where am I?
Skylar's parents give her a letter for her birthday. In the letter, it addresses that Skylar has been accepted in one of the best school's in the world. However, she absolutely does not want to go there and gets super upset.
"How could I possibly save a kingdom all alone! I can't do this!"
The letter Skylar received caused her to be super upset. She ran as far as she possibly could, and after what seemed like hours of running she passed out in a large San Francisco park.
"My name is Adrien, your godmother called me here because you need help on a very important mission."
"Who are you?!"
After collapsing in a park, Skylar eventually awakens in a unfamiliar, but beautiful location. She notices a small fairy fluttering besides her. At first she is scared because she realizes this is where her sister went missing. She questions the fairy about where she is at, and the fairy informs her that she is in Allisia.
Are you the thing that took my sister 10 years ago?
The fairy had taken Skylar to a warm, cozy house. Inside the house, Skylar met a woman who was apparently her godmother. The godmother gave her a letter written by her birth mother, it informed her that it is up to her to save her family's kingdom, Allisia, from the witch Esmeralda, the person that took her sister.
"You'll change your mind soon darling."
Later that day, Skylar meets a boy about her age, named Adrien. He explains that her godmother called him to help her on her mission to save Allisia from the witch Esmeralda. At first, Skylar denies his help; however, eventually he persuades her to come with him.
