Shower often keeps up a good personal hygiene but showering for too long removes it's that your body needs. Once you've found the right temperature (not too hot or too cold) lather your hair in shampoo and scrub really good. After you rinse out the shampoo put conditioner on the ends of your hair and leave for a minute. Scrub the parts of your body with sweat glands (armpits, butt, under the Breast, and groin). After your shower dry your self, comb your hair and clean out your ears with Q-tips.
Brushing your teeth everyday is an important factor to having a good personal hygiene. Brush your teeth twice everyday with a soft-bristled toothbrush. The right sized toothbrush is important to have it fit in your mouth to reach all areas. Brushing fast will not do the job . Brushing your teeth for 2 mins. Each time will make your breath smell good and have white teeth. Floss at least once a day to prevent tooth decay and to remove plaque and execs food that is stuck in your mouth. Brush the tongue as well, the tongue carries more germs than your teeth and is the main reason your breath smells bad. Replace your brush ever 3-4 months.
