Bailey, you do have a cavity, and we will need to fill it, but here are some tips on preventing cavities in the future.
------ ------ ------
Okay, thank you very much for the advice. I will be using the tips every day in the future.
What the list says:
Dental Hygiene: 1. Brush your teeth twice a day. 2. Floss your teeth once a day. 3. Make sure that it takes two minutes to brush your teeth, every time you brush. 4. Try to avoid drinking soda, but if you do drink soda, rinse your mouth afterwards, and use a straw. 5. You do not have to use mouth wash, but it does freshen breath and kill bacteria. 6. An electric toothbrush may help ensure that you are brushing your teeth for a long enough time, and it may help get rid of plaque, but a manual toothbrush works well too. 7. If you use a manual toothbrush, make sure that it has soft bristles, so that you are not brushing too hard.

Let's see... I have a new toothbrush with soft bristles, floss, mouthwash, and new toothpaste... This should be all for today. Thank you.
Will this be all for you today?
Okay, so I have already scheduled a dentist appointment for six months from today. Of course, I still need to get my cavity filled, but I already have that scheduled for next week. Also, I need a reminder to buy a new toothbrush 2-3 months from now. I should probably put these things in my phone.
Calendar for November:
Okay, so I have already brushed my teeth once today, for two minutes, so now I will use mouth wash and floss. I will do this again tonight. This was a lot easier than I have been telling myself.
You have no cavities, and I can tell that you have done an excellent job taking care of your teeth, since the last time I saw you. Keep up the good work!
