Water Cycle - Angelia & Alva 8A
This storyboard does not have a description.
Hey, could you please explain how the water cycle works? I have a test tomorrow, and I need help!
Evaporation is when H2O in liquid form converts to a gas form because of the heat from the sun. Transpiration is the same thing, except from plants.
Sure thing! First off, let's talk about evaporation and transpiration!
When the gas rises higher into the sky, it starts to get cooler and turns into a liquid. This is how clouds are made!
Next we have condensation. Condensation is when gas turns into a liquid.
Then we have precipitation. This is basically what rain is. When the water in the clouds gets too heavy, the water falls back to the earth.
Lastly, we have runoff. After it rains, some of the water is absorbed into the ground, but some of it collects in rivers, streams and oceans. That is called runoff.
After that it all just repeats over and over again!
Thank you! I think I understand now! I'm gonna ace my test tomorrow!
No problem, good luck on your test!
