  • Procedures everyone should follow to limit the spread and infections of COVID-19REMINDER: Experience of common symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, loss of appetite, loss of smell, and body ache should be taken seriously. Seek medical attention if you have any of these symptoms.
  • The first step to coping with the COVID-19 virus isto remember to wash your hands after you touch EVERYTHING! This is an important step in getting rid of any harmful GERMS that could live on your hands.
  • The second step in prevention is to stay at least six feet or more away from others! This will prevent the airborne spread of COVID-19 from those who are infected and may or may not know it. This means NO crowds or gatherings!
  • Instead of physically being with others, take this time to call or text your friends and family.
  • There are many apps and games being created in light of the pandemic, so if you ever feel bored just hop on your phone!
  • The third step to prevention is not to touching your face at this time! Touching your face can include putting on makeup, putting in contacts, or even scratching a simple itch!
  • Be aware of where your hands are at all times! Hand sanitizer can be used to clean the hands, however, it is best to wash your hands with soap and hot water.
