Me: Hello, everyone! I am an art student at DePaul University and I brought all of you together here today to talk about color.
Natalie Angier: Hi I am a writer at the NYTs and I wrote an article called " Blue Through the Centuries: Sacred and Sought After".
Vanessa Friedman: Hello ladies and gentleman. I am also a writer at the NYTs and I wrote an article called "The Future is..... Purple".
Joseph Wisenblit and Randi Grossman: Hi we are from Seton Hall University in New Jersey. We wrote an article called "What We Know About Consumers' Color Choices".
Me: Thanks everyone. My first question is: What color do you say based on your article is the most important color in our society?
Me: I have some questions for all of you if you don't mind.
Everyone: Not at all, ask away.
Angier: Definitely blue. It is a respected color and used everywhere today, when at one time it was nowhere to be found.
Friedman: Purple! It represents the new year to come and we found it all over the world in fashion and cultures.
Wisenbilt and Grossman: We would have to say that it depends on the situation that the color is in so it is hard to pick just one in our opinion. But we do see blue used a lot in advertising and etc.
