First you start by turning on your water making it warm, then you wet your hair until soaked and then you get shampoo in your hand about the size of a quarter is all you will need, you start massaging the shampoo throughout your scalp until latherd then you start washing it out by scrubbing your head as the water runs on your head. you should wash it everday.
Washing Your Body:
First wet your skin, get your rag, sponge, ect. and put some body wash on it then start washing your body when you feel like your all clean just use some water to wash it off.
When brushing your teeth you start by getting your tooth brush and then you wet it then get tooth paste and put on it then wet your tooth brush again then you start scrubbing your teeth in circular motions you brush your front teeth back teeth and everything in-between you do that for two minutes or longer.
Brushing your teeth:
then you brush your tongue for a min or so then spit and then wash your mouth out with water, then wash and gargle your mouth with mouth wash and then finally you floss.
Putting on Deodorant
first you should get to where your underarm is accessible by lifting the sleeve of your shirt of just lifting up your shirt then you get your deodorant whatever scent or brand you would like and you apply it on by swiping it across your underarm in a up and down motion. You should apply it everyday at least twice a day.
Keeping your room clean
For example your room shouldn't look like this, you should keep your room clean and if you clean it as you mess it up then it wouldn't get so messy. You should wash your sheets in-between every 2 weeks or every month.
Washing your face
first step to wash your face is to get warm water and put water on your face to get it wet and then get your face wash and put some on your finger tips and start applying it to your face and rub it in with your hands and then wash it off with cold water and you use warm water at first because it opens your pores and cold water helps close them.
