  • Louis XVI was well intentioned, but had little interest in actually ruling the nation.  He put off making big decisions and feared upsetting the nobility. 
  • Enlightened Thinking 
  • This government is unfair and we need to make a stand so we can gain our rights
  • Like Louis XVI Madruo had intentions to try to fix his country's failing economy but they ended up making it worse than it already was. 
  • Cameroon: The People Sharing Their Dislikes
  • Our government is being unfair and we need to push them to make a change
  • As the economy in Venezuela declines the people will want someone else to take over the role as President so the country can recover. 
  • Cameroon: Continued Protests
  • Upper class members of the third estate (the bourgeoisie) looked at the success of the American Revolution and began to speak openly about eliminating the old social system and replacing it with the Enlightenment concepts of democracy, liberty and equality. 
  • Teachers and lawyers protest use of the French language in education and legal systems and the treatment of the English-speaking minority in Cameroon .
  • The people of Cameroon will keep sharing their ideas and protesting until the government changes to their liking.
