Storyboard Text

  • Elephants and Rhinos used to live peacefully without being disturbed.
  • However, between 1979 and 1989 the worldwide demand for ivory caused elephant populations to decline.
  • Ivory is a hard white material that comes from elephant tusks. It can be carved into art, jewelry, and even piano keys.
  • Then, once poachers realized that ivory had such a high value, there was no stoping them. Poachers didn't even bother to stop after a law was enforced.
  • However, a recent method using drones has proven effective in stopping poacher in their tracks.
  • Please stop killing these innocent animal and stop buying ivory!
