Storyboard Text

  • Well usually they put the next two steps together. Telophase and Cytokinesis. In telophase, the cell membrane pinches forward which causes a cleavage furrow. Cytokinesis is the actual splitting of the cell. The cytoplasm will split in half which will create 2 indentical cells since the DNA will replicate
  • Basically yes! After your cells split, they just return to Interphase and the whole process just repeats itself.
  • Wow that's so cool!!! Is that it?
  • Well the vesicles will create a cell plate. The ends will connect during cytokinesis.
  • Wait! what about in plant cells? Isn't there a cell wall?
  • No problem! And umm... you know I'm sorry about dropping the books on your toe...
  • Oh it's fine! It was just MY TOE SIS!
  • Thank you for teaching me sis! Know I know I'll be ready for Grade 10 science in 2 years!
  • THE END!
