Amendment 3 states that soldiers shall not be quartered in private homes. The forth amendment states the right to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, etc. & against unreasonable search.
Amendment V is the right to notice charges, protection from double jeopardy, testifying against oneself, and punishment without due of proces of law. Amendment VI is the right to a speedy trail by jury, to confront witnesses to counsel.
The last amendment we are going to cover for today is Amendment VIII which is the protection against excessive bail, and cruel and unusual punishments.
