  • That seems quite healthy with alot of veggies ! are you sure you want that ?
  • may i have a fruit & ceaser salad with the grilled chicken and with ranch dressing.
  • Yes , I am sure actually the meal is very much balanced , see i have my fruit , protein , veggies ,grains and fruits ! this also reminds me of My Pyramid with the 5 differ food groups that you need.
  • Well yes that is very much true ! , do you know the percentages of how much an boy your age is supposed to eat ?
  • girls should consume 1,800 calories per day , 180 to 540 of those calories should come from proteins of the meal.
  • 260-780 calories of a boys meal should come from protein . (52 grams per day) fun fact
  • girls 9-18 years old need 1 1/2 cups of fruit per day . girls age 14-18 years old need 2 cups of veggies per day 
  • boys ages 14 to 18 years old need 2 cups of fruit per day. boys 14 to 18 years old should eat three cups of vegetables per day.
