well I don't understand how images are encoded, sir is making it sound complicated
Images are encoded using pixels and RGB, Images don’t use normal binary code, Instead they use something called Hexadecimal code.
Hexadecimal code uses 3 numbers to show how much of each colour is in one pixel. The first number is red, second is green and the third is blue. The numbers on this can be anywhere from 1 to 256. The bigger the number, the more of that colour shown.
