  • There's Eurydice! She's the most beautiful nymph I've ever seen.
  • There's Orpheus! He's as wonderful as his voice.
  • I do!
  • OH NO! My love has died. I must follow her spirit to the Underworld.
  • Orpheus and Eurydice meet.
  • Please let me save my love.♩♫♪
  • Orpheus and Eurydice get married and plan on living happily ever after until...
  • You may go, BUT You cannot look at Eurydice until she is out of the Underworld. If you do, she will be trapped here, FOREVER.
  • On the way home after the wedding, Eurydice gets bitten by a poisonous snake and dies. Orpheus decides he must retrieve her spirit from the Underworld.
  • Orpheus pleads to Hades and Persephone to let him save his love. He sings a song so beautiful, Hades agrees on one condition...
  • Hades warns Orpheus of the risk at stake.
  • Orpheus contained his excitement for most of the journey out of the Underworld until the very last moment. Eurydice was still in the shadows when he turned to see her, trapping her in the Underworld FOREVER.
