Liz's Long Trip By: Amanda Mizerak Period 4
This is great, no crazy traffic, I'll be able to get to my parents house sooner than I thought!
Liz got up super early to go see her family who live on the opposite side of the city.
Welcome to Orange Springs (city 20 miles away)
There really wasn't much traffic in Liz's small suburban town. Everyone was free to drive around as they wanted. These characteristics demonstrate those of a gas because everyone could drive where they wanted and they were all going different places.
Now it had started to rain. Liz hates driving in the rain so she hoped nothing else bad would happen. The rain signifies the condensation point because it is a change in the atmosphere around the matter which is going to cause the traffic to start to act like a liquid.
This traffic is behaving like a liquid because the construction is going to force the traffic to go around construction site. This will require the cars to be much closer to each other then if there was no construction. This is like the particles in liquid because the construction is the force of attraction will keep the cars closer together like the particles in liquid.
