- A interesting fact is that the whole party climbed the mountains and hoped to see the Columbia River but the water route that they sent them to find did not exist.
- On there way to go visit other places they saw the Yellowstone river, Great Falls, and the Pacific Ocean.
- The people involved with this time period was Thomas Jefferson, Lewis, Clark, 30 men, Newfoundland, Sacajawea, and the other Native Americans.
- Lewis and Clark went to the Louisiana purchase ( in the white).
- A positive of this journey was that they found a bunch of new places when they traveled. Another one is that they traded with the Native Americans.
- A negative effect was that one person died. They also could not find the Columbia River.
