Following the rules is important. Rules are everywhere. Rules are at home and at school.
At home, I need to listen and follow directions. I need to play nice with my sister and not boss. I can ask for help anytime. I should always use my words instead of getting mad.
At school, I need to listen to adults in charge and remember not to argue. I can always ask for help at school. I should stay where I am supposed to be. And I need to use my words and not get mad.
At the store I need to be with my mom or the adult I am with. I should listen and be helpful. It is not helpful to argue or jerk on the cart. I can always ask for things but it is ok if I am told no. I should use my words and explain how I feel.
When I play with others, I need to remember to take turns, share, and talk nicely. Kids will not want to play with me if I am not nice. I should listen when adults talk to me.
Following rules is important everywhere, at home, school, the store, and with my friends. When I follow my rules, I am happy and so is everyone else that I spend time with.
