EOI C1 - Sherlock
Night was so peaceful. I could only hear the noise of the trees wiggled by a light breeze.
“I know you are a gentleman, but you can’t help me”. London, 2050. Suddenly, something strange shaked me and my cup of tea fell down on the floor. I felt that I was not alone. I stood up immediately and there it was, a piece of paper in the middle of the threshold
I came into the perfumery near our apartment and my friend Watson was there. Before paying, the shop’s owner said: “Have you heard the bad news? First Minister’s wife, Harriet has died. Supposedly, she has committed suicide after being mistreated by her husband for years.
Then, the man gave us a newspaper with an address written by hand. That address led us to London centre, to a small house situated in an old area where most buildings were dilapidated and run-down.
“I know who you are. I was waiting for you”- she said. She gave us some fresh evidence which proved that Harriet didn´t have committed suicide. The crime went solved and the Prime Minister was sent to prison. Apart from that, Sally gave Sherlock a letter from his mother.
And she was there. A small poster said: Harriet Holmes. Grave 2050 (cemetery of London). Next day, I was there. And next, and the rest of the days. A rose above her grave to say that her brother Holmes would never forget her.
