Storyboard Text

  • These sighs must mean something
  • What, Gertrude? How is Hamlet?
  • Mad as the wind in a storm. He heard a noise from behind the drapes, Cried out "a rat," and killed Polonius
  • Oh, what I have seen tonight!
  • Oh, heavy deed! It would have been my fate if I'd been there.
  • Oh, Gertrude, we have to find him. We'll put him on a ship right away. This vile deed must somehow be explained.
  • He has taken away the body.
  • Greetings, friends. We need some help. In his madness, Hamlet has killed Polonius and dragged the body away. Go find him, and bring the body
  • Into the chapel. I beg you hurry!
  • Gertrude, we'll talk to our wisest friends. We'll let them know what has happened. And what we plan to do. Perhaps then they won't blame us for it. Oh, come away! My soul is full of pain and dismay.
  • The body is safely hidden.
