  • Hello class, today how I already told you we are going to talk about middle ages. the first topic is there education.
  • Knowledge was transmitted by the bishops and the priests (men of the church) to children from 7 years to 15 years approximately in free schools inside monasteries, convents, and cathedrals. There was at least one school per dioceses. They spent much of their time memorizing prayers and passages from the Bible in Latin.
  • How was knowledge transmitted, to whom and by whom?
18, Mansi XXII 227s).’ (quoted from Aquino, 2014).
