Storyboard Text

  • I am sick of this!!!
  • Previously, on the Odyssey... Penelope, Oddyseus's wife, announced that she will marry the suitor who strings and shoots Odysseus's bow through twelve axes. Everybody fails until Odysseus successfully shoots through the twelve axes.
  • WUT?
  • I DONT CARE!!!
  • Son, go get some tools, things are about to get serious. (Apollo, grant me your help)
  • We are sorry we corrupted you house for so long...t's all Antinous fault!
  • YEA!
  • He he he
  • I'm going to get more tools! It was fun killing Amphinomos.
  • Well then...
  • ...
  • After winning Penelope's bet, Odysseus shoots Antinous with an arrow becasuse, aside from being a suitor, he disregarded the hospitality rules in Odysseus' house the most out of all the suitors.
  • I´ll help you, but I want to see how strong you really are first.
  • Retreat! The Gods are helping them!
  • Eurymachus tries to calm Odysseus down, insisting that Antinous was the only bad apple among them, but Odysseus announces that he will spare none of them. Eurymachus then charges Odysseus, but he is cut down by another arrow.
  • Great job!
  • Alright, Eurycleia, bring all diloyal maids to clean this up.
  • Sure, just clean yourself aswell.
  • After killing Amphinomos, Telemachus, Odysseus's son, goes to get more weapons, but he forgets to lock the storeroom on his way out, letting Melanthius get supplies for the suitors. However, he gets caught on his second attempt.
  • Penelope, here I come!!
  • Now the suitors, with weapons, outnumber Odysseus and have him cornered, so Athena comes and encourages Odysseus to fight and see his strength. Then, impressed, she joins the battle to help Odysseus. At her presence the suitors get frightened and begin to retreat unsuccessfully.
  • After the battle, Odysseus only spares two of the suitors: Phemios and Medon. Then Odysseus calls Eurycleia to find all disloyal maids and make them clear the corpses from the hall and wash the blood from the furniture.
  • After the maids finished cleaning, Odysseus asks Telemachus to cut them down with a sword, but he decides to hang them instead. Finally, Melanthius is tortured and killed at the storeroom. Now Odysseus is able to meet with Penelope once again.
  • GAAAH!!!!
