  • The first step in the humoral immunity is Antigen recognition. Antigen recognition immunocompetent B cells expose to antigen.  The second step is Antigen presentation. It makes the B cell internalizes antigen and the helper T cell binds to the B cell. Step 3 is the clonal selection, the B cells divide to make a clone. The 4th step is Differentiation. It makes some cells become memory B cells or plasma cells. The final step is attack the plasma cells synthesize and secrete antibody.
