  • Indirect Characterization
  • Nobody ever stopped him into the street to say, with gladsome looks, "My dear Scrooge, how are you?"
  • Internal Conflict
  • Wow I really regret when I was a little boy
  • After the ghost had showed Scrooge his evil past, Scrooge was sick of it. He regretted most of the things he did and was embarrassed he had them in his life. He tried to cap the light from the ghost but couldn't, which symbolizes he cannot escape his past .
  • Theme
  • Get out of here, and get off my property. You are terrible at singing!!
  • Scrooge is a very mean man who is unattractive to other people. People don't want to talk to him because of his personality and reputation.
  • Internal Conflict
  • Scrooge's Internal conflict is that he was bullied as a little kid, and sees that the little boy that was caroling must've felt the same way Scrooge did as a kid.
  • Symbolism

  • The theme of the story is the effects of the past. This is a good theme because if you had an evil past your future will be bad to come. Scrooge regrets this scene because he contrasts himself as a kid and this little boy
  • Fa la la la la, la la la la
  • This is an Internal conflict to Scrooge because he regrets how Belle and him broke up, because here he sees the life he could of had with her.
  • Please Belle I miss you.. Please come back to me
  • Scrooge is very scared because the ghost of the future is not talking. The ghost is symbolizing a dark and bad future for Scrooge if he keeps up the bad stuff he does.
  • Why are you not talking.. Please you're scaring me!!
