  • Exposition.
  • No!!! *cries* No it can't be. I need to be alone.
  • He passed away!! I'm so sorry!!
  • Rising Action
  • Free!! Body and soul free!!!!!!!!
  • Climax
  • Relax I'm not going to make myself sick...(especially since I don't even mind that he's dead)...
  • C'mon hurry up out of there!!!
  • What a pleasant surprise Mrs. Mallard. You have no idea how happy my sister is to see you!!!!
  • Mrs. Mallard receives the news of her husband's death from her sister Josephine and immediately breaks down in tears. She doesn't want to cry in front her sister so she goes upstairs to her room.
  • Falling Action
  • What the--!!
  • She's right!!! He does have no idea!!
  • As Mrs. Mallard is staring out of the window of her room, she realizes that now that her husband is dead, she is now granted the freedom she has been praying for all the while.
  • Resolution
  • Her heart was probably weak and couldn't handle it. The type of joy that kills. A shame.
  • But as she is thinking about this, her sister is knocking at the door asking her to come out of the room and go downstairs. So she leaves the room and goes down the stairs.
  • Theme
  • But to her surprise she sees her husband who was not supposed to be alive!!! She goes into complete shock
  • The emotion was to much for her and it ended up killing her. The doctor said she supposedly passing away because her heart couldn't handle the joy of seeing her husband alive.
  • Unresponsive sir!!
  • Always expect the unexpected.
