  • It seems that not all of our products are being tested before shipment. I would like to remind you again that we need to test our products before delivery.

  • I think it would be better if we focus on the upcoming deliveries instead of figuring out who else got a defective product. It will save us time and effort. We can deal with it again once another customer approached us for the same issue.
