Elie Wiezel lived in a small town of Transylvania. There he was with family and friends. He went to the synagogue and he prayed. As he prayed, one of the synagogue pastors, Moishe asked him, why he cried every time he prayed.
A couple days later, Jew that were spotted were taken away to camp, one of those Jews being Moishe.
Finally, Moishe somehow managed to escape the clutches of the troops and went to Elie to tell him every torturment they did. He mentioned how the troops used babies as machine gun testings.
